The Static Charging Generator is appropriate for high voltage applications and for powered bars. The unit's output voltage and protection current value are digitally set by using front panel. The output voltage and current can be set on the operator panel. The power supply includes remote on/off and remote voltage adjustment settings and also can produce both positive and negative charges.

DC CHARGING BARS

Puls Charging Bars are utilized in industry for bonding materials to any surface or to each other. The bonding should be without any defects so when the materials are being separated the surface of the material is not damaged. By utilizing Puls Charging Bars high resistant materials such as paper or plastic now can be easily clamped to a surface.

PERFORATION DETECTOR

The Perforation Detector is used to detect a perforation on any material in the packaging industry. It is especially useful in bag making machinery to count the bag numbers by detecting and reporting the perforation. Its detection capacity is 900 pcs/min. Output voltage can be adjusted between 6kV-21kV. If a perforation is detected, the count LED flashes and the detector will report it by a 30 msn opto-coupler pulse output.

Anti Static Discharging Power Supply -7500VAC.
This Power Supply is a high voltage generator designed for devices of active ionization. It is possible to supply up to four static bars.
There is a protection card inside of Power Supply for the system security in case of short circuit. The Power Supply cuts down the current and disables the high voltage of ionization device.

Due to the technologically used in this Anti static eliminator bar it is possible to produce more efficient results to solve static electricity issues, even in high-speed applications. It was designed to neutralize destructive static charges during manufacturing. Anti static elimination bar can be designed in different lengths to satisfy the requirements of needs of any application.
Anti static ionizer bar separates the air molecules to positive and negative ions and attracts the opposite charged ions of any statically charged product. That hinders the sticking of products to each other or to parts of machine.
